FAQ's

What is the process of tape and reel?

Tape and reel packages electronic components into individual carrier tape pockets, sealed with heat or pressure cover tape, then wound onto an industry-standard reel for loading onto component-placement equipment.

What is a standard width of tape and reel?

Tape widths are available from 4mm to 200mm, with spacing between components from 2mm upward. Standard reel diameters include 7-inch for small components and 13-inch for larger items.

What component types can you process?

We process a wide range of axial and radial components including capacitors, resistors, diodes, and springs, in both fully automated and manual configurations.
