Parts are vacuum sealed in moisture barrier bags (MBB), barcoded for traceability, with humidity indicator cards and desiccant sealed inside to show the condition of the parts at point of use. Components exposed to air beyond guideline limits can be re-baked and vacuum sealed to restore them to a usable condition.

Dry packing is a method for packing integrated circuits in a moisture-free environment. The device is baked and immediately sealed in a vacuum-sealed bag. This process is used for package types that are especially susceptible to moisture intrusion.
Our dry packing process is carried out with reference to J-STD-033A, the industry standard for handling, packing, shipping, and use of moisture/reflow sensitive surface mount devices.
